First thing’s first: our DJ Tanner is not Candace Cameron. We put a line out to her, but so far only Bob Saget has returned our phone calls and frankly he’s just too vulgar for weddings.
Like the sitcom DJ Tanner, however, Tanner Walle now calls California home after a decade as a performer in New York City. His wide-ranging experiences performing on stages in North and South America as well as Europe have sharpened both his chops and his gracious presence on the mic. When he's not onstage as his singer/songwriter persona, Tanner shifts his focus to his ever-expanding music collection. "My purpose is to bring people together through music,” he says. “If they're moving, I'm moving. If they're happy, I'm on cloud nine."
Tanner is available for weddings as both a live acoustic performer and a DJ - ideally as both! Most commonly Tanner will perform acoustic for ceremony and cocktail hour and then switch to DJ mode for dinner and dancing.
Will Uncle Jesse make a guest appearance if you hire DJ Tanner for your wedding? Probably not, but you can bet you’ll have a Full House on the dance floor.
